The hotel had a great location, with bus stops directly across the street and a short walk to the Matterhorn Express gondola. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. The breakfast had a variety of options, including boiled and scrambled eggs, bread, yogurt, cereal. The staff were helpful and gracious, providing excellent service. The hotel also had outdoor seating and was conveniently located for hiking in deep snow.

Wir waren als Hobby-Bergsteiger und Freundesgruppe im Mardan Palace. Die Lage direkt am Strand war einfach perfekt. Wir konnten den Strand genießen und sogar einen wunderschönen Steg zum Entspannen nutzen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Der Service war stets aufmerksam und das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Strandbar, wo wir abends Veranstaltungen erleben konnten. Einziger Negativpunkt war der hohe Preis gegenüber anderen Hotels in der Umgebung.
